The Body Cream Candle™ shall be referenced below as Body Cream Candle™ or
product. The company will be referenced as “company”, “we”, “us”, “our.”
Purchase of Product
By purchasing this product, you agree to allow your credit card or other means
of payment to be debited for the package price you select plus the listed shipping/handling
fee. Any unused products may be returned for a refund minus the shipping/handling
fee and a 30% restocking fee. Any returns must be sent through a traceable
service and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping fee.
We will not be responsible for any product returns that are lost or damaged.

Use of Product
This Body Cream Candle™ has a dual purpose for use. The candle is to
be used to fill a space with an enriching fragrance and the melted Soy Wax
blend can be used as a lotion on the skin. By purchasing the Body Cream Candle™ you
acknowledge and agree to the following.
1. You agree to use the Body Cream Candle™ in a safe and effective manner. You
will not leave the candle ignited in an unsupervised space.
2. Before using the candle wax on your skin, you agree to completely extinguish
the flame and check the melted wax base to ensure it is cool enough to apply
on the skin.
3. When you apply the melted wax base to skin, you agree to avoid rubbing the
base on, in, or around vaginal, anal, and penile areas. You also agree to avoid
rubbing or applying the base in or around the mouth or eyes. This product is
to be used Externally Only.
4. Although the Body Cream Candle™ contains ingredients designed to moisturize
the skin some people may have allergic reactions to the ingredients resulting
in a rash or other negative reaction. If this should occur, you agree to discontinue
use of the product as a moisturizer or lotion. You also agree that if any such
negative reaction should continue for longer than two (2) days, you will consult
a medical professional.
5. Before giving or allowing another person to use this product, you agree
to fully disclose the Terms and Conditions and Use of this product before allowing
them to receive or use this Product.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SoyTerrific and all
officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors
and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and
against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable
attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any
claim arising out of any misuse, negative reaction, and/or any breach by you
of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants.
You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such
claim. SoyTerrific reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive
defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
